Aurtio AI answers your business phone calls. This page explains what we store, where it lives, and the control you have over it — in plain language. The service is operated by Aurtio AI.

What we store

On your behalf we keep: your account details (name, email), your agents' settings, call transcripts (we do not record or store call audio), and the details callers share during a call — such as their name, number, and what they asked for. We keep this only for as long as your workspace needs it, or until you delete it.

Where your data is stored

Your account, agents, transcripts and lead records are stored on our own servers in AWS's Mumbai region (ap-south-1). Speech recognition and language processing are carried out by our AI provider, Sarvam AI. We do not sell your data, and we share it only with the providers needed to place and understand a call.

Who else touches it

To turn speech into text and back, and to run the phone leg of a call, we use a small set of processing partners — used solely to run your calls, never to build their own products. Voice audio is processed for your call and nothing more. We never sell your data.

Your rights

Your data belongs to you. Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or erase it. Deleting an agent or your workspace really deletes the data — we keep only the minimal records the law requires. To exercise any of these, email us and a human will action it.

We set one cookie: a secure sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies, ever.
